On Saturday May 10th 2008 I start cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats and back to Lands End, covering a distance of around 2000 miles hopefully in 14 days or less!

I aim to cover between 130 - 150 miles per day.

I will be supported by my best man, Richard, who will follow in a logo'd vehicle for the entire journey meeting me at various check points with food and liquid.

This website is a diary of the events leading up to the big departure day and information on why I am doing it and the people who have helped me along the way.

NO MONIES RAISED WILL BE USED FOR ANY OF THE COSTS BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE TRIP.

The ultimate aim is to raise £20,000 for the Radiotherapy Department at the Poole NHS Hospital in Dorset which cares for all cancer sufferers in the county. I hope to raise this amount through corporate donations as well as individual sponsorship.
